1. Save only the times worth returning to
While TAB.REC records the meeting or webinar in Chrome, save the time of a decision candidate, evidence behind a number, or a question that needs replay. Do not try to transcribe every sentence.

Replay from the important saved times in the recording list, then export audio and Markdown. If you split a long file, TAB.REC recalculates each part's times from zero.
3. Change the document's job in MD.SAVE
Open the time-and-note list in MD.SAVE and add meeting name, one-sentence outcome, decisions, deferred items, and actions. Keep timestamps as evidence, while the main text explains the choice and reason.

Export only the needed range when the full recording is unnecessary. Check internal URLs, customer names, personal contact details, and screenshots before sharing a public decision record.
